The mission:
Crossover Academy will offer SPARQ development training and sports specific fundamental skill development training to males and females of all skill levels, for young people ages ten to seventeen and young adults ages eighteen and up. 

Crossover Academy plans to meet these needs by providing positive training for individuals and teams as well as mentoring young people in life skills that will assist them in their athletic pursuits and their everyday lives.  Crossover Academy will establish tournaments for team competition, clinics and camps for ongoing training and a “neighborhood” of professionals that will monitor student growth and skill level year after year.
